De-rig done, time to go home.
It’s not often at the moment that we get to move out of the unit to deliver virtual events, but this one needed the extra space – we created a greenscreen studio on site with two socially distanced presenters, a total of 15 monitors and large screen TV’s, a variety of studio lights, 9 computers, 6 crew, over 200 virtual guests, 29 very happy winners and one very satisfied client. The presenters had a great time getting out of their offices for the day and the whole event was carried out in accordance with strict Covid guidance and full social disctancing measures in place. We like virtual events, but can’t wait to getting back to the in-person events with all the fantiastic atmosphere that goes along with them.
